STORE POLICY

We accept returns for any reason within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order. In addition, exchanges for other products can be made within a period of up to 30 (thirty) days.

 

Check it out below:

 

1) Items purchased on liquidation cannot be exchanged;

2) The cost of shipping to exchange or return the purchase is borne by SALIX SWIM;

3) We will send you a free postage coupon, so you can send us the goods to be exchanged through a post office;

4) You can exchange your purchase, as long as it is not a sale, for any other product on the site;

5) If the value of the new part you want is greater than the original purchase, you must complete the payment;

6) If you prefer, keep the full credit of the value of the purchased piece, to use in the next few days until completing 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase;

7) The exchange request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;

8) The return request for regret must be made within 07 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;

 

Exchange Policy: 

For your exchange to take effect, send an email to salixswim@gmail.com and we'll send you a free return postage code. Then send the products by mail to the following address:

Items will only be accepted if returned:

  • With SALIX SWIM labels and seals intact and attached to the product;

  • In original, undamaged packaging;

  • Not washed or worn, no odors or stains, no damage and no alterations made by the customer (eg, sewing adjustments, etc.);

  • DANFE (Documento Auxiliar de Nota Fiscal Eletrônica) or the copy must accompany the product with the justification for the return noted on the back and must accompany the product inside the packaging;

If SALIX SWIM understands that the returned product does not meet the criteria necessary for the exchange or return mentioned above, the site is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. SALIX SWIM can then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by a justification of the reason for the refusal.  

 

Deadlines:
  • Exchange - requests within 30 calendar days after receipt of purchase.

  • Returns for regret - requests within 7 calendar days after receiving the purchase. The customer may opt for a refund of the amount paid (in the same modality of the original payment, that is, (a) credit on the invoice for credit card payments, (b) by means of a deposit in a current account, in the case of a bank slip, and (c) credit in the online store www.salixswim.com.

  • Defect - within 90 days of receipt of purchase. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Refund:

The value of the purchased products, when refunded, will always be refunded according to the payment method used at the time of purchase, we emphasize that the credit card chargeback period is 30 to 60 days (up to two invoices), according to the credit card operators rules. If the order has been paid by bank deposit, the deadline for refunding the amount in the current account is 10 working days, counted from the return of the item to our Distribution Center.
